Justin has a unique perspective on helping businesses meet their goals. Before CBS, he worked with clients of all sizes across various industries as an investment banker and consultant. Early in his career, Justin recognized that employee satisfaction is crucial for creating a competitive advantage, which led him to a career in employee benefits.

Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and three sons, Layton, Noah, and Miles. The Romero family often enjoys workouts, sushi, and exploring the Lake Norman area.
