New Hire Eligibility:

New employees are eligible for benefits after 30 days of employment. You can enroll in your benefits today as part of the onboarding process, and your coverage will become effective once your waiting period has been satisfied.

Current Employees  Open Enrollment Period:

The benefits plan year begins on July 1st and will renew annually. Open enrollment for the 2025-2026 plan year will start on Monday, May 26th and end on Monday, June 2nd.

Complete your benefit elections in Employee Navigator.

   2. Click “Login” if you are an existing user OR
   3. Click “Register as a new user” if you are logging in for the first time
   4. Input your personal information
   5. Company Identifier is marvinbenefits
   6. Click Next
