Prior to joining CBS, Jada gained valuable experience managing benefits from the client side, which gives her a unique understanding of client needs and expectations.

Jada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Outside of work, Jada enjoys spending quality time with family, exploring new destinations through travel, and diving into a good book
