Megan’s career is characterized by her vast experience in human resources and benefits planning/administration. She began her career in benefits administration for one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. Before joining CBS, Megan was the Human Resources Director for the Town of Davidson, where she managed the benefits package and helped attract and retain top talent. At CBS, Megan brings extensive human resources expertise and a real-world perspective on the importance of a well-managed, competitive benefits package.

Megan is a graduate of Radford University and a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
