Your Open Enrollment period will start on Monday, June 26^th and end on Monday, July 3^rd.   Open Enrollment will be an ACTIVE enrollment.  This means employees must act in Ease to enroll, remain enrolled, or cancel any benefits. 

Useful Resources for this year’s Open Enrollment:

1. Employee Benefits Information Session – Cypress Benefit Solutions will be onsite for an information session and one-on-one enrollment meetings with employees on Tuesday, June 27^th at 9:30am. After the presentation, the CBS team will be available to assist with enrollments. Please sign up for a timeslot with CBS using the below link:

2. Enrollment Center – Call center support to help you enroll in your voluntary benefits program. Available to take your call June 26^th through July 3^rd from 8:00am to 6:30pm EST.

3. Ease Election Portal (https://utilitysolutions.ease.com/) is the enrollment tool we will use for online benefit elections.
   
   • New users will receive an email with log in information the week prior to Open Enrollment.
   • Existing users can login with their login credentials created during onboarding or last year’s open enrollment.
