Catherine thrives on connecting the dots for success in benefit packages for clients and their employees. Coming from the carrier side of health insurance working within Cigna, Catherine developed a keen sense for listening to her clients needs and translating those needs into truly customized risk reduction and growth focused benefit packages. Exceptional service and support have been the benchmarks of success since early in her career spent in management roles for commercial, private, and corporate health and wellness focused organizations.

Catherine earned her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Penn State University and an MBA from The Jack Welch Management Institute within Strayer University.

Catherine spends her time away from work exploring Charlotte with her husband Derek, two children, Olivia & RJ and their English Mastiff, Otis.
