Justin has a unique vantage point on helping businesses meet their goals. Prior to Cypress Benefit Solutions, he had the opportunity to work with clients of all sizes across various industries as an investment banker and consultant. Justin noticed early on in his career that employee satisfaction is paramount to creating a competitive advantage for a company, leading him to a career in employee benefits.

Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.

Justin spends his time away from the office with his wife Taylor and sons Layton and Noah. You will often find The Romero Family enjoying a workout, eating sushi or exploring the Lake Norman area.
